What a day. I mean, seriously. What. A Day.

Kayla knew Cassie through a mountain of mutual friends during her time at Purdue, but I first met Cassie at Sydney & Nick’s stunningly gorgeous lakeside wedding up in Michigan last year where Cassie was a bridesmaid. 

So not only were we stoked to get to hang out with Cassie & Daniel, we were thrilled to reconnect with a bunch of folks we got to know at Sydney and Nick’s wedding and have ourselves a party.

Cassie is one of the sweetest, most loving human beings on the planet, who cares SOOOO much about making sure everybody is taken care of and having a good time, while Daniel is her perfect match. He’s welcoming, genuine, kind, and so much fun. And we had a hunch their wedding was going to be an absolute heater. (Spoiler alert: it was.)

We had an all-star vendor team full of some of our favorite people. This shindig was going down at the Sixpence which meant we got to hang out with Xander and Alivia. Sarah from Poppy & Plum put the whole gameplan together and kept the day rolling. Our dear friend Kelsey from Meraki was doing makeup. Kelli, who Kayla first  worked a wedding alongside back in 2017, was on hair duty.  And in the evening, we all got to jam to the expert musical stylings of the Bluewater Kings Band. And because we were doing photo, video, AND The Love Confessional,  we got to bring a big ol’ team of friends with us. Huge shoutouts to Bre, Ireland, Connor, and Dani for all your help! So many people worked their tails off to pull this one off and create a magical evening for Cassie, Daniel, and all their friends and family.
