From the initial inquiry form, to the actual wedding day we take every opportunity to move beyond the standard client/vendor relationship and move into BFF territory. Because when we know you the way your friends and family knows you, we can serve you better (and because we love new friends. Obviously).

After a decade in the industry, we've seen some shit. As such we've got more ideas, stories, tips, and tricks up our sleeve than you'll know what to do with. And we can't wait to share them with you.

When you plan an authentic wedding, it's probably going to look a little bit different than some people may expect. And chances are there are more than a few conversations you'll need to have regarding your dream wedding that may make you squirm a bit. Whether you're talking to parents about money, or trying to figure out how to tell certain individuals they aren't invited, we'll give you plenty of guidance so you can protect your joy, diffuse potentially stressful situations, and stay true to your wedding vision.

We're masters at finding the perfect AirBnB, discovering off-the-beaten-path locations, and sifting through local rules and regulations to ensure your perfect day.

Nailing your aesthetic

Once we've figured out what's important to you, and where we'll be celebrating, we'll work with you to create an aesthetic that matches your tastes and your personality. We'll make moodboards, decide on decor, explore color palettes, find your perfect attire, and so much more.

Logistics to set your mind at ease

Flights, road trips, rental cars, lodging, passes and permits, communicating with your people. No matter what logistical hurdles you may stumble upon, we're here to help you overcome them so you can enjoy a smooth, stress-free wedding experience.

Vendors you'll love

While we wear a whole bunch of hats, you'll still need a team of vendors, and we can't wait to introduce you to our favorites. You'll love them. We've seen firsthand that vendors do their best work when they have a personal relationship with their clients. So we'll make the introduction and let you take it from there.

Custom Timeline Creation

Rarely appreciated, your wedding timeline is the undisputed backbone of your day. When we create your timeline, we'll take into account your preferences and personality, and make sure we schedule a day that's as flexible (or as rigid) as you need it to be. So when your day rolls around, you won't have to waste a second wondering if you're where you're supposed to be when you're supposed to be there.

When you throw out the rulebook on what a wedding is supposed to be, the opportunities that arise are endless. we work in tandem with planners and coordinators all the time.

You may want to hire a planner/coordinator as well if:

You're ridiculously busy and just want to show up to a beautiful wedding day without having to worry about any of the details

Wedding planning is incredibly difficult logistically because of your living and/or work arrangements

You don't want to worry at all about communicating with vendors and want somebody else to handle it

You have loads of stuff that needs set up and torn down (tents, tables, chairs, decor, etc) and you don't want your friends and family to have to worry about it

Getting your friends and family to the right place at the right time is more difficult than herding cats
